Car Logo Lights is not responsible for any fines that you may receive while using your kit. All products are designed for off road use only.
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, you will only receive a full refund if your order has not been processed.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not do cash refund for all items purchased on site unless item purchased is out of stock due to our inventory issue when you first place the order.
- All refunds will be issued a store voucher code for you to re-purchase the items on the website.
We do not provide returns and refunds for change of mind orders or failure of delivery due to incorrect shipping address or change of shipping address after the order has been placed.
E-Gift Cards are strictly non-refundable.
Lost/ Stolen Packages
If you select Standard Insured Shipping for your shipping method, please note that the delivery does not require you to physically receive the package. This might cause the package to get lost or stolen. If package tracking shows Delivered, Car Logo Lights is not responsible for refund of the lost or stolen package from your door. Therefore if you are concerned on this matter, we strongly recommend you to select Insured Express Shipping & Handling to ensure the safety of your package.
Changing Your Order

- This is the only acceptable method to request a change to your order. Orders can only be changed prior to it being processed.
- Coupon codes can be entered in the Coupon area in your shopping cart.
- All coupon codes must be entered at the time of sale to receive discount.
